چکیده
Strength-ductility trade-off dilemma remains a significant obstacle to high-strength composites due the undesirable dislocation storability. Herein, an ingenious nano-micro SiC-reinforced Al matrix composite (AMC) with heterogeneous grain structures of coarse and fine grains was designed via novel deformation-driven metallurgy method. The accumulated geometrically necessary dislocations intragranularly dispersed SiC particles were tailored based on principle back stress amelioration, which key point maintain dynamic balance applied toward strength-ductility synergy. ultimate tensile strength uniform elongation SiC5np-5µp/Al reached 324 MPa 12.9%, respectively, 181% as high that SiC10µp/Al only 3% ductility loss. As such, new strategy provided herein promote synergy further modified stress.

Glassy ferromagnetism is observed in diluted magnetic semiconductor Al-doped 4H-SiC. We propose a possible explanation for the origin of ferromagnetism order that is the coeffect of sp(2)/sp(3) configuration along with the structural defects. This result unambiguously demonstrates the existence of intrinsic ferromagnetism order in nonmagnetic sp systems.
